Dinner: Grilled chicken, fried potato with red bell pepper, half of an avocado and watermelon slices.
Snack: Today I attended an art show artist reception and they had snacks. So I snacked on olives, sushi, cheese slices and crackers and pita chips. All for free, can't beat that!
Lunch: Left-over beans and Uncle Ben's brown rice, my last veggie burger, a half of an avocado and water.
Breakfast: Strawberry-banana smoothie bowl made with almond milk and topped with strawberries, pomegranate, goji berry trail mix and chia seeds.
