Day 9 CalFresh Challenge


Dinner: Cajun Tilapia with roasted beets, roasted sweet potato and 2 slices of papaya.

Lunch: For lunch I had to attend a retirement lunch that I couldn't get out of, I had a sandwich with a side salad. I did not use my CalFresh budget for this. I also did not have a snack today. The lunch was very filling.


Breakfast: Chia seed pudding (3 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk, agave syrup) topped with walnuts, strawberry, pomegranate and blueberry.
