Dinner: Uncle Ben's brown rice, cooked beans with cheese and last night's left-overs (bangers and cabbage).
Lunch: Left-overs from last night's dinner, bangers and mash potato with a side of buttered cabbage.
Snack: Left-over generic "Lucky Charms" type cereal. I don't normally eat cereal but I am on a budget so I don't want to waste it!
Breakfast: "Egg in a Heart" 1 egg, 1 slice organic whole wheat toast, fried cajun potatos and a cup of tea.
