Special Dessert: "Lucky Charms" Shake, made with almond milk, banana, whipped cream, pistachio pudding mix and a generic "Lucky Charms" copycat cereal. (I did not want to pay $3.00 for the cereal).
Dinner: Bangers and Mash with a side of buttered cabbage.
Lunch: Last night's left-overs, cajun baked tilapia, lemon wedge and broccoli.
Snack: Watermelon and pomegranate seeds.
Breakfast: Fried egg, slice of organic whole wheat bread, watermelon and a cup of tea.
