Dinner: Grilled chicken, spiral-cut zucchini and indian bittermelon squash with a cilantro-lime pesto and papaya slices.
Found this Indian Bittermelon Squash and thought I should try it.
Lunch: Left-overs from last night, cajun tilapia, roasted sweet potato and beets.
No snack today. Breakfast was very filling.
Breakfast: Chia seed pudding (3 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk, agave syrup) topped with papaya, blueberry, pomegranate, dried goji berry and walnuts.
