Day 1 CalFresh Challenge

Dinner: Grilled chicken, grilled eggplant, swiss chard and the leftover potatoes from breakfast.

Snack: 1 slice organic whole wheat toast with cashew butter, strawberries, 2 pieces of cheese and a cup of tea.

Lunch: Banana Smoothie Bowl (2 bananas blended with 1 cup almond milk), topped with strawberries, walnuts, and carob chips. 1 water.

Breakfast: "Egg in a hole", 1 egg, 1 slice organic whole wheat bread and fried potatoes.
