Day 13 CalFrsh Challenge

Dinner: Left-over chile relleno casserole, Uncle Ben's brown rice, 1 corn on the cob, the last of  papaya slices.

Lunch: Left-over chile relleno casserole with a slice of organic whole wheat bread.

Snack: Strawberry-banana smoothie with a topped with a few pomegranate seeds and blueberry.

Breakfast: Strawberry-banana smoothie bowl topped with fresh strawberries and goji berry trail mix.
