Day 4 CalFresh Challenge
Dinner: Grilled Farmer John's ham steak, roasted brussel sprouts, sliced tomato with drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and half an avocado. For dessert I had 4 strawberries.
Lunch: Organic mixed greens salad (spring mix & baby spinach) with chopped tomato, avocado, handful of walnuts and a drizzle of half a lemon.
Snacks: 3 strawberries and 1 banana throughout the day.
Breakfast: Smoothie bowl (1 frozen mango, 2 frozen bananas blended with a cup of almond milk), topped with black berries and goji berry trail mix.
