Day 3 CalFresh Challenge

Dinner: For dinner I made grilled chicken, roasted brussel sprouts and a salad made with organic greens, chopped tomato and lemon juice. I also water.

I picked up this big handful of goji berry trail mix for .81 cents at WinCo. I'm going to use it on tomorrow's breakfast smoothie bow.

Lunch: Lunch was last night's left-overs, veggie burger, brown rice and kale with lemon.

Snack: Slice of organic whole wheat toast with cashew butter, sliced strawberries, carob chips and a side of banana.

Breakfast: Slice of organic whole wheat toast with a small avocado and rough-chopped hard boiled egg, 2 strawberries, a cup of tea.
